The Homeschool Alliance is proud to host the commencement exercises for the Class of 2022!  This event, featuring modern elements throughout, will be fun and upbeat--while also providing the elegance, sophistication, and "pomp & circumstance" of a traditional graduation ceremony.

SPACE IS LIMITED AND REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR EACH GRADUATE!  

In an effort to adhere to all CDC guidelines and state government requirements, each graduate is required to register in advance in order to participate in graduation activities.  All COVID precautions practiced and enforced.  Sanitizing and social distancing will be strictly enforced, therefore, the number of guests per graduate may be limited to remain in accordance with any CDC & Governor's orders.

REGISTRATION

Standard Grad - $55

Honor Grad* - $70

All graduates must register to participate no later than May 1, 2022.  To register, each graduate must submit an individual registration form (to the right), which will include: 

• Full name, as it will appear on the diploma

• Pronunciation of name

• School name, as it will appear on the diploma

• Phone number

• Height  (please also note if XL-3X is required)

• Standard or Honors Graduate

• Email transcript or final report card to homeschoolallianceva@gmail.com

Each graduate will be provided the following with their paid registration fee: 

1. Cap

2. Gown

3. Tassel

4. Souvenir Tassel

5. Diploma with applicable seal(s)

6. Keepsake diploma with applicable seal(s)

7. Padded diploma cover

8. 10 announcements (additional and/or custom announcements are available for purchase)

9. Honor regalia* (for registered honor grads...includes stole, cords, and diploma seal)

10. Tickets for guests to attend commencement ceremonies

The Homeschool Alliance has partnered with photographers to host Picture Days for the 2021-2022 school year!  Don't miss out on the opportunity to capture your student's beautiful smile this Fall and Spring! 

Since we know that most families have more than one student being homeschooled and to limit the amount of interruption in the school day, we have opted to host our studio picture days at area libraries.  This way, you can bring school work or allow the kiddos to enjoy the books, computers, and other facility activities while you wait...it's up to you!!

Once registered, your picture day package options and payment information will be sent to you for review, selection, and payment.

In an effort to protect our fellow homeschool families, adhere to all CDC guidelines, and state government requirements, each student being photographed is required to register.  All COVID precautions will be practiced and enforced.  Masks will be required for all persons age 5yrs and older.  Sanitizing and social distancing will be strictly enforced, therefore, the number of persons in the photography room may be limited to remain in accordance with any CDC & Governor's orders/suggestions.

SPRING PICTURE DAYS - APRIL​

Standard K-12 studio photos     Senior casual and/or cap & gown ON LOCATION photos

Additional dates and locations will be added as they are confirmed, so check back often!

To participate, each student must register individually.

• Please arrive no less than 10mins before your scheduled shoot time.

• Please arrive dressed and camera ready.

• For Senior casual/cap & gown photos, light touch-up makeup services are available off-site for a nominal fee.  Separate scheduling will be required.
